Frustrated beginnings
We recognized the frustrations that many applicants face with traditional ATS systems—especially the reliance on keyword matching and the repetitive nature of resume submissions. Seeing how this approach unfairly disadvantages many candidates, we founded our company with a mission to create a more transparent, merit-based hiring process.
